ACCEPTANCE
The conditions are an integral and essential part of this contract.
These general conditions of sale must be examined "online" by the customer before the completion of the purchase.
The submission of the order confirmation implies full knowledge and their full acceptance.
SALE PRICES AND PURCHASING METHODS
All sales prices displayed and indicated on the www.3dgarage.shop website aren’t inclusive of tax. The tax will be applied during the order confirmation.
The cost of shipping is charged to the customer.
The customer can pay using the payment methods indicated "on line".
3d Garage of L.M. will arrange the delivery by courier.
Prices do not include import taxes to countries outside the EEC. All customs duties and taxes at destination are the responsibility of the purchaser. 3d Garage does not accept returns for non-payment of import duties and taxes.
RESPONSIBILITY'
3d Garage of L.M. does not assume any responsibility for the disservices due to force majeure that compromise the execution in the times agreed.
3d Garage of L.M. is not responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, checks and other means of payment.
3d Garage of L.M., in fact, isn’t able to know the buyer's credit card number or the access codes to the PayPal service during the purchase process.
3d Garage isn’t responsible for damage or loss of shipments by couriers.
WARRANTY
The producers of these goods give a warranty whose minimum duration depends on the type of product purchased. The guarantee starts on the day of purchase of the asset.
BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

In the absence of sufficient data for invoicing, the order will be processed with a simple receipt that can not be replaced.

WITHDRAWAL

All costs for the return of the products are charged to the customer. All items must be sent to the seller's in the same conditions of receipt, provided with the original packaging and any manuals and / or instruction booklets
3d Garage of L.M. will accept the returned goods reserving the right to see that the products have been returned in their original state and with the original packaging.
The buyer agrees not to use the right of withdrawal for "consumables".
The shipping costs for the delivery of the product to the customer and for the eventual return are not reimbursable.
