Delivery times change in according to the destination of the shipment:
Italy 24/48 h
Europe 2/3 working days
Extra EU 3/5 working days
The delivery times can change according to the order made by the customer (good available / good not available). The delivery times shown are indicative and aren’t binding for the 3d Garage of L.M.
Couriers
3d Garage uses only the major national and international couriers.
The couriers for our national shipments are GLS and TNT.
The couriers for our international shipments are UPS and TNT (DHL).
Shipment tracking
When the order is shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail with all the details of the delivery, including the tracking number.
Delivery and Returns
At delivery moment we ask to the customers to check:
that the number of packages related to the transport document,
that the packaging is intact and not altered.
In order to maintain the warranty (provided by the courier), the customer must accept the package WITH RESERVE.
3d Garage isn't responsible for losing or the shipment damage.
The shipping costs for the return of products (also under warranty) are charged to the customer.
Shipments to Russia are allowed only to Companies. It is not possible to send to private people. 3D Garage is not responsible for non-delivery to individuals subjects.
